What can Full Members do?
Everything the Normal Members can, but more autonomously! That is, some submissions can be done without passing through a site administrator for approval before being put online.

How to become a Full Member
First of all, you must pay a US$50 fee, then apply with a special form we send you via email... just kidding! We will grant Full Memberships to people we both agree are up to the challenge. This means that we expect Full Members to participate in turning the site more dynamic by adding Articles, Posting News, Adding Interesting Links, etc... We give higher permissions to Full Members because they are expected to be "co-webmasters". This way they are allowed to fulfill this function without much interfecence from the site administration. In the future, we might give full members other rights.
